Club Penguin - Famous Penguins
In the gaming, snow covered world of Club Penguin, the residents are all penguins.
These penguins live like real people, they have parties, they earn money, and they live in igloos and decorate their homes too.
Since there are such similarities to real life, in the Club Penguin world there are celebrities too who are living among them. These "famous penguins" can not be visited by all the other resident penguins.
Only the moderators know where they stay. One famous group of penguins is "The Team".
They are the original or the first moderators.
They are Billybob, Happy77, Gizmo, Rsnail and Screenhog. Billybob now writes the blog and also lets penguins know about the upcoming events. Happy77's profile is used as a model to other penguins to show what a moderators profile looks like. Gizmo's job includes taking care of all the parties.
The servers and the technical side is looked after by Rsnail. The job of Screenhog is to design other penguins. Another famous penguin in this world is Rockhopper.
He is a pirate and visits this land once in 2 months aboard his ship called The Migrator.
When he comes penguins are allowed to board his ship and buy some of the strange contents including a diary of Rockhopper's adventures.

Being a child we have got a lot of ambition, I would say in simple words that when we were kid's we actually had a fantasy of becoming something in life because when we are kids we are more exposed to the media and hence we have an ever changing ambition at that time.
You can actually observe and see small kid's aspiring to become a model, then a doctor, pilot, and what not, there are many to name, because children actually live in their own world of fantasy, imagination, likes. But now let us project ourselves more forward in life looking forward into our college day's.
This is the phase when the pressure is the maximum because we have already stepped into a whole new world of opportunities, failures, challenges, threats.
We are in the act and in the track of grooming ourselves into becoming responsible, mature, hardworking, determined citizen's of the present and near future and most importantly it's the phase and the time for us to frame our own career in our own preferable and desirable field.
Now the main page that need's to be turned out here is that it's not only us who is in the race of framing our career, but along with us it's our very own parent's who have their own choices for us in the field of our career and they would be happy if we would make an attempt to pursue their choice, but it's not always that way, parent's at times do give their children the chance to expand their career option and let them choose what they want to do, but there are some student's in this world whose parent's literally pressurize them into selecting the career that his/her parent's want just for their satisfaction, what's going on in the opposite person's mind is of least concern.
This is unfair on most parent's part who actually place their sheer dominance on their very own children when actually at this point of time the students should have a free and an open choice, support and encouragement from their parent's which will in turn help them to progress well in their own lives.
When we are born and as we progress through our phase of life our parent's actually dream of us becoming something big in life..

doing well in our life and moreover being happy in what we do, then why such a bias in relation to choosing a particular field? Why is it that some parent's play unfair? Throw a load of pressure onto their kid's mind and expect something more and incredible from them when actually the child is not actually interested in going onto that track and has his/her heart in something else.
It's of an utmost importance that every parent encourages his/her child in whichever career he/she want's to pursue.
In this way there will be lesser conflict's as well as the student will be at ease in choosing the career keeping a variety of preferable choices open, asking guidelines from parents, and at the same time even the parent's can play their part in keeping their choices open and asking the feedback from their child as to how would they like to pursue the "so-called chosen" career option by their parent's.
To be more precise it would be more effective if parents lend out their helping hand to their child in the positive way making clear all their concept's and idea's in relation to the career so that the child is more comfortable in facing the competitive world on a whole and also is more determined in what they want and how they can achieve what they have actually aimed for. Hence the support of parent's is very pivotal for every child when in actually comes to choosing his/her career. When there is a good support, so is when an individual progresses in life.

The Commoditization of Network Support
The commoditization of network support is no different than the commoditization of everything else. When the only negotiation point is the lower right-hand corner of the quote, you're a commodity. And no business is impervious to the race to commoditization - none. We've all become like washing machines: you put dirty clothes in and they come out clean and once that stops happening, you throw it away and get a new one. And, desired features aside, your negotiation with the guy at local retailer will be all about price. After all, you will have already done your homework online. It's not unique.
Everyone does all their homework online before buying - for everything, including network support.
So...
how to avoid commoditization in your own business? By creating value, plain and simple. They key to avoiding the commoditization trap is to have a clearly definable and demonstrable value that is uniquely your own.
If you cannot do that, you will be competing on price alone.
Not to say that is necessarily bad; clearly it's worked for a lot of retailers.
Frankly though, most of us go into business dreaming of changing the world not offering the lowest price.
Back to my original point about the commoditization of network support.
Was a time when a powerful differentiator was to have all-inclusive billing with remote monitoring and maintenance.
We called this Managed Services. It was a great way to outfox the competition if you got in early because everyone was still billing on a "break/fix" or "time & materials" basis.
Clearly, it added value.
That changed overnight though and now, that which was a clear differentiator has become table stakes.
Network support providers who charged a premium for this kind of service are now lucky if they can charge half of what they used to.
And if you mess up once too often, they throw you away.
In short, service providers have become washing machines. The savvy network support providers now have to be able to provide far more value now than just simple monitoring and maintenance and flat fee billing.
Like every other business under the constant threat of commoditization (and that is EVERYONE), we have to continuously redefine who we are and what we do for our customers in an ongoing effort to create new value. Given the reliance on technology that we all have, it is incumbent upon the network support provider to create value by adapting to the ever-changing needs of the clients they serve. Failing to do so will surely lead to irrelevance.
